What an array of sensory experiences, and delightful company. The special balsamic salad was amazing, my fave. We were surprised that we liked the dessert wine so much - yum! We learned a lot, and met some great people. Always great people here in the Fox Valley.

Ron, thanks for all of your professional and personal efforts for the Ramsell party last night. Everybody enjoyed the dining and the Led Zeppelin Kashmir show, and we were impressed by, and grateful for, you making us feel like part of your extended family. The show went a little late for us old folks, so there was no repeat of the party til closing we had a couple of weeks ago after the Chicago tribute band show (25 to 6 to 4). Our entourage that night was about 18, and I can pretty much guarantee we'll have at least that many if the Pink Floyd tribute is on a Saturday.
I look forward to receiving info on that event when it's available, and I think I speak for the group when I say that we look forward to another upscale "VIP" evening of fining dining at your restaurant and a great show at The Arcada.
Rich - I intended to say hello at the theater last night, but I was the unofficial chaperon of the traveling group (we all walked from the dinner club), so the opportunity didn't present itself. Everybody enjoyed the performance and your production.

I gotta hand it to ya....what an exciting and high energy show Friday night
at the ARCADA Rock'n Theater. WOW !!! KASHMIR were much more than I could
even imagine. Wonderful and very talented whole bunch of musicians on that
stage of yours. Even later that night, I ran into some other concert goers
who had mentioned outstanding remarks about KASHMIR and their musical
excellence.
Once again, a great show and extreme value in this evening's entertainment.
Keep 'em comin' like this in 2010, and you'll become Ron the ROCKMASTER of
the Universe.

Hi Romi,
We absolutely loved the evening. Since this was our first visit to Onesti's we were unsure of what to expect. We were a party of 8, 7 of whom are Italian and love our food, especially cooked by and in our mama's kitchen. So, we can be very critical of most Italian restaurants. Our dinner was superb - starting from the appetizer and ending with the delicious dessert. Our server was charming, quick to meet any and all of our needs and laughed at some of the "not so funny jokes." Everyone, including Ron, who was extremely busy, made sure he stopped at our table asking if there was anything we needed. I have been to many New Years Eve events but few can compare with the hospitality and terrific meal we received at Onesti's.
We are already planning for next year and bringing more family and friends with us. Thank you for a wonderful evening and a wonderful end to a very challenging year.

My father, Steve, my son and I want to THANK YOU for making my Mother's Celebration a wonderful night to remember. I cannot feel sad when her birthday comes around each year, as I will forever remember the grand celebration we had in her honor at your place. It was exactly as she would have wanted , and then some.
I want to also express our thanks for the tremendous job your staff did attending to our guests. They were attentive, friendly, and saw to it that everyone had enough to eat and drink.
The chefs outdid themselves as everything was delicious. I am craving the eggplant, clams, and shrimp , among other things , just writing this letter. Robbie LOVED the mac & cheese and ice cream sundaes. We will have to come for dinner soon!

Our STC Class of '79 Reunion Saturday night was a huge success. The space at Onesti Dinner Club was perfect for a party like this. I think the most amazing thing was your staff. I have never experienced such proactive service. The valet was exceptional, helpful, and courteous. And the waiters were fantastic at approaching people and bringing drinks around -- and keeping people straight in a crazy Reunion crowd cannot be an easy task. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been to an event where the staff has been that attentive and willing to be approach people and wait on them. Hopefully without sounding boastful, we have stayed at 5-star resorts throughout the U.S. and Caribbean and I have never had people bring me drinks and cater to me the way your staff did Saturday night. It made a really fun night even better.
(I'd comment on the food but never stopped visiting long enough to eat!)
